Dog Obedience Training

In the past, dogs were dogs and they had clearly defined jobs. They were kept in the yard and expected to guard the house, chase away coyotes, and deter thieves. We thought the only requirement for having a dog was having a lot of space. Now, we know they require a lot more including dog training. With changes in dog ownership, there needs to be changes in what used to be just dog training. Sit, down, and stay is no longer enough. You need the knowledge and training to make your dog a loving member of your family. This is what North County Pet Services does.   We go beyond dog obedience training and teach pets and their owners to live together in harmony.

YOU NEED HELP IF YOUR DOG:

Pulls on the leash

Jumps on people

Play bites

Barks to much

Begs for food

Bolts out the door

Does not come when called

Will not obey obedience commands

Has other bad manners

Lacks socialization skills

Is fearful or aggressive

Has separation anxiety

Factors to Consider

Behavioral science has shown us that creating a positive environment for training your dog is the most effective way to teach him manners and obedience behaviors.

We give you the knowledge and tools to enjoy having a pet in your home.

Adults and children, puppies and mature dogs, any breed any age, every one benefits when they work with North County Pet Services.

At North County Pet Services, we  just don't train dogs.  Our mission as a professional certified dog trainer is to build relationships.  We build relationships first with dog owners and then between owners and their dogs. We always strive to find new and imaginative ways to bring pets and people together to their mutual benefit. Through dog obedience training, we work to solve your dog behavior problems and provide your dog with the dog obedience skills he/she needs to be a happy member of your household. Through leadership training, we work to make you a loving pack leader.
